Overview

Winn Development purchased this property from Worcester Development Corp. and was tasked with repurposing what used to be the historic Worcester Vocational Technical School into a city piece that will revitalize downtown Worscester. The Development team incorporated many of the old building’s historic features into this new 84 unit loft complex.

Our challenge was replicating the enormous arched steel replica windows. At this time, we have developed metal bending procedures and techniques in house that allowed us to meet Winn Development’s requirements.
