Overview

Acquired and developed by Cromwell Ventures LLC, Room & Works in Providence RI is a design loft for creators and artists. Inspired by this properties industrious past of producing the first bicycle tires to unique jewelry pieces, Room & Works is made for the next generation of designers. R&W is built with 40 loft style apartments and 12 office spaces within a four-story building.

Diamond’s concern for this project was getting the historical panning on point as it extended up above the window opening by almost six inches. With bold black steel replica windows contrasting with the red brick exterior transforms this artists loft into something absolutely stunning.
