Overview

Originally one of General Electric’s warehouse facilities with a 14.5 acre site that had been acquired by Prism Capital to be redeveloped as Parkway Lofts, a high-density residential complex for both Manhattan and New Jersey commuters and family adaptive reusability in Bloomfield and East Orange. Located with high visibility on the NJ Garden State Parkway, this project encompassed repurposing a 114 year old, six-story industrial warehouse into a 361 loft-style apartment, coupled with a three-level parking garage.

By using our steel replica series windows, Prism Capital has maintained the original building’s historical aesthetic while still being a modern luxury loft experience.
