Overview

Gables Residential has taken on the task to develop Gables Republic Square, a 24-story, Class A mixed-use urban residential and hotel project situated in downtown Austin. Half of the site will be used as residential housing and the other half as part of Hotel ZaZa by Z Resorts. It is estimated that floors 1 to 12 will be housing Hotel ZaZa with roughly 160 rooms. From 13 to 24, it will house 221 luxurious residential units. The hotel offers amenities such as luxury hotel rooms, cocktail lounges, ballrooms, club facility and more. The residents will also have access to the rooftop lounge overseeing downtown Austin. Along with all this, street level retail shops will be rented out to vendors.

Currently still in construction, however , this project is estimated to be completed by summer of 2019.
