PROJECT OVERVIEW

Formerly the Berkander Building, this building was rehabilitated to be the CVS Highlander Charter School.  Originally erected in 1920 as a jewelry manufactory, this building required windows that passed historic preservation specifications.  Simulated Divided Lites (SDL) was used and the finish was chosen to match existing colors.  Due to the large size of the openings, the windows were field glazed and mulled on site.
