6000 Series Windows

The 6000 series is our premium grade window. Using extrusions from a leading supplier of high-performance polymer-based components (REHAU), this series of windows is engineered to give the best performance out of our windows as well as the curbside appeal that will only increase the value of your property.

6000 Series Features:

The 6000 series is constructed with fusion welded sashes and a fusion welded frame for increased weather impermeability and structural strength.

The 6000 Series features 50% more chambers in the frame than our other models giving this premium series superior durability and insulation.

This series is designed with true sloped sills that force any rainfall to drain outwards, while also giving the advantage of a larger daylight opening (read: more visible space) to your window.

Beveled frames on the Double Hung and Slider models give your home an attractive curbside appeal.

The Double Hung and Slider models have interlocking sashes to guarantee a tight seal every time you lock your windows. To prevent against any possible drafts that may come through, the 6000 Series also uses a triple weather-stripped system to seal the openings.

Internal Colonial (flat) or Georgian (contoured) muntins are available on all window types. They may be done in a Grid, Diamond, or Prairie (Colonial) Pattern. The muntins are placed within the IGU to provide the benefit of easy cleaning and the look of traditional divided lites.

Applied (external) muntins are available as well to give your windows an authentic traditional grid.

Triple Pane IGUs are available for all window types and provide significantly improved insulating properties. Specialty glazings such as tinted, obscured, and tempered glass are available as well.

The 6000 Series is available in a beige color.

J Channels and/or Integral Nailing fins are available for the 6000 series models for new construction installations.

Wood extension jambs are available in 4-9/16” and 6-9/16” sizes.

Multiple window units can be mulled together to create a custom look for your larger window openings.

	Double Hung Tilt – Two operable sashes that tilt in for maintenance.
	2-Lite Slider – Two operable sashes that slide side to side.
	3-Lite Slider – Two operable sashes that slide side to side with a fixed lite in between. Available in equal lites or ¼ lite operable sashes with ½ lite fixed.
	2-Lite Tilt Slider – Two operable sashes that slide side to side and tilt in for maintenance.
	3-Lite Tilt Slider – Two operable sashes that slide side to side and tilt in for maintenance with a fixed lite in between. Available in equal lites or ¼ lite operable sashes with ½ lite fixed.
	Picture Window – A fixed fusion welded sash within a fusion welded frame.
	Single Casement – A single lite that vents outward with a crank from the left or right.
	Multiple Casement – Any combination of multiple venting and fixed lites.
	Awning – A single lite that vents outward with a crank from the bottom.
	Deadlite – A fixed fusion welded sash without the frame that maximizes the daylight opening.

Standard Features:

All our windows are made with 100% virgin vinyl which provides better structural integrity and color fastness than recycled vinyl.

Our window frame depth is a standard 3 ¼ inches and we use a 7/8” Insulated Glass Unit (IGU) for optimal insulation.

All our vinyl windows use a heavy duty integral lift/pull rail which provides better structural integrity to the sash.

The Double Hung windows have recessed tilt latches in both sashes for better aesthetics while allowing an easy release of the sash to be tilted in for cleaning and maintenance.

All vinyl Double Hung windows also come with ventilation limit latches, which help to prevent unwanted operation by children as well as helping to prevent against unwanted intrusions.

Double locks are standard on Double Hung windows over 27 inches in width and Slider windows over 27 inches in height.

Our auto-locking fiberglass screens are made with a sturdy aluminum frame and come standard with our windows. Double Hung and Slider windows come with half screens, though full screens are available as an option. Aluminum screens are also available as an option.

All our windows are tested to comply with the Energy Star program.
